2.   MAJOR DISCUSSION ITEMS

2.1    Review of the City of San Ramon’s Calendar Years (CY 2006 – 2007) Growth Management Program (GMP) Compliance Checklist. Lisa Bobadilla, Transportation Division Manager from the City of San Ramon will be present to discuss San Ramon’s Compliance Checklist submittal. (Attachment – Action)

2.2     Presentation: Transit Funding Sources and Structure: Peter Engel of Authority staff will present information pertaining to transit funding sources and structure. In addition some detail shall be provided regarding agency decision making with regard to how bus operations and capital projects are funded. (Discussion)

2.3     Discussion of At-Large Membership Applications. The CAC has one remaining open position for an at-large member. In response to the call for at-large members, two applications were received. The CAC should forward one of the applications to the Authority Board for further consideration. (Attachment - Discussion)

2.4     Local Transportation Issues. CAC members will provide a brief overview of the local transportation issues in their jurisdictions. (Discussion)
