Our Team

The Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA) Board is made up of eleven (11) appointed voting officials and three (3) non-voting Ex-Officios representing cities/towns, Contra Costa County, Conference of Mayors, bus transit operators across Contra Costa County, Metropolitan Transportation Commission, and the Bay Area Rapid Transit district. The CCTA Board meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. in the Boardroom located at 2999 Oak Rd., Ste. 110, Walnut Creek. The Authority Board has two standing committees made up of the Authority Board Members as follows:

Administration and Project Committee which meets at 8:30 AM on the first Thursday of the month in the CCTA Boardroom at the location noted above.

Planning Committee which meets at 1:30 PM on the first Thursday of the month in the CCTA Boardroom at the location noted above.

Commissioner Burgis is not assigned to either standing committee so that we do not have a quorum of members on either committee.
