Citizens Advisory Committee
The focus of the Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) is to provide Contra Costa County citizen perspective, participation and involvement in Authority policy development and implementation. The CAC brings matters of public concern to the attention of the Authority and helps determine local compliance with the Measure J Growth Management Program.

Meetings are held on the 4th Wednesday of every month at 6:00 PM.

Membership
Members are appointed for four-year terms by each of the cities/towns, and Contra Costa County appoints one member to the CAC. An additional three members are appointed by the Contra Costa Transportation Authority as “at large” members. Members are selected to reflect community and business organizations and interests within Contra Costa County.
