Countywide Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee
The Countywide Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (CBPAC) advises the Authority on issues regarding micromobility, scooter/bikeshare, bicycling, and pedestrians, and helps the Authority carry out its responsibilities as a congestion management agency as it shapes tax and funding expenditures for public benefits. Meeting Schedule
Meets on the 4th Monday of every other month at 11 AM beginning in January of each year.

Membership
The CBPAC shall be comprised of 13 members, plus alternates as noted, appointed from the following agencies: one citizen and one staff person plus one alternate appointed by each of the four Regional Transportation Planning Committees (TRANSPAC, TRANSPLAN, SWAT, WCCTAC), one staff person plus an alternate appointed by Contra Costa County, one representative plus an alternate appointed by the East Bay Regional Park District, one citizen representative plus an alternate appointed by the East Bay Bicycle Coalition (Bike East Bay), two citizens appointed by the Authority Board, one of which is familiar with issues of youth walking and bicycling and one of which is familiar with issues of seniors and disabled non-motorized transportation.
