Paratransit Coordinating Council
The purpose of the Paratransit Coordinating Council (PCC) is to advise the Authority Board and staff on issues affecting paratransit service in Contra Costa County and discuss issues of interest and to assist in the resolution of concerns related to paratransit service use.

Meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of every other month at 2:00 PM.

Membership
The PCC consists of nine paratransit riders from throughout Contra Costa County, nine paratransit service providers staff members, six social services agency staff members, and 2 non-voting funding agencies staff members. The paratransit rider membership from each subregion shall include at least one member who is a senior and at least one member who is a person with a disability. PCC members who are Paratransit Riders or Service Agency staff or staff of funding agencies serve for two-year terms and may volunteer to continue to serve upon confirmation by the PCC.
