Technical Coordinating Committee
The Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC) provides advice on technical matters that may come before the Authority. The TCC members also act as the primary technical liaison between the Authority and the Regional Committees.

Membership
TCC shall be composed of the following appointed technical staff representatives, totaling 24 voting members:
1. Each Regional Transportation Planning Committee: Central County Transportation Partnership and Cooperation (TRANSPAC), East County Transportation Planning Committee (TRANSPLAN), West Contra Costa Transportation Advisory Committee (WCCTAC), and Southwest Area Transportation Committee (SWAT), to appoint three voting representatives (one representative for each discipline), totaling twelve members:

· Engineering (4)
· Transportation (4)
2. Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors to appoint three voting representative, (three representatives for each discipline), totaling six members:
· Planning (3)
· Engineering (3)
3. Each Transit Operator to appoint one voting representative, totaling five members:
· Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) (1)
· Central Contra Costa Transit Authority, dba County Connection (1)
· Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (AC Transit) (1)
· Eastern Contra Costa Transit Authority, dba Tri Delta Transit (1)
· West Contra Costa Transit Authority, dba WestCAT (1)
4. City County Engineering Advisory Committee to appoint one voting representative, totaling one member.
5. One non-voting Ex-Officio representative appointed by the following Agencies, totaling three members:
· California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) (1)
· Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC) (1)
· Bay Area Air Quality Management DIstrict (BAAQMD) (1)
Appointments to the TCC shall be for a renewable two-year term.
